Howard Hanna Internship: Commercial Real Estate
Interns will ultimately be exposed to all elements of commercial real estate brokerage, such as; assisting with marketing listed property, helping prepare and secure both e-mail and regular post solicitations, verifying ownership, taxes, zoning and market demographics of particular properties and assist with routine listings and sold related paperwork.
Start and end dates: Staggered assistance available with start November 1, 2017 through entire school year and into and throughout the summer.

Day(s) of the week the intern needs to be on site: Mutually determined by intern and preceptor.
How many hours: Flexible and mutually determined by intern and preceptor.
Session(s) for internship? Possibly fall, winter, spring and summer
Any age requirement? 16 to 18 years old
Any course prerequisites: None
Specific skills, if any, required: Must have general computer skills (Excel, Word etc.), Candidate should have good written and verbal communication abilities, be anxious to learn, be a team player and goal oriented.
Specific duties: Intern will interact with various in-house real estate agents, brokers and administrative staff, be involved with clerical support, research, assist in creating marketing proposals and possibly some field work may be required.
Any forms an intern needs to complete prior to working within organization?: Intern will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement.
