- Participation in ongoing promotion, development, and monitoring of Social Media platforms aimed at creating greater exposure, brand awareness, and touch points for consumers.
- Participation in internal Patient Satisfaction surveying and promotion. Development of new strategy for encouraging more participation in our patient satisfaction survey and shared comments through our social medial channels.
- Participation in the development and implementation of community facing awareness and branding initiatives.
- Management and utilization of Primary Care database and participation in relationship building exercises with Primary Care Referral offices including, but not limited to, development of outreach letters and campaigns.
